Resumen
A satisfactory nuclear dacryocystography (DCG) requires the best possible magnification and resolution of different parts of lacrimal drainage apparatus (LDA). For best magnification, the subject's eye must be positioned as close to the pinhole as possible. The best resolution is achieved by using the smallest possible pinhole. Improvising the use of an already existing pinhole collimator provides satisfactory magnification and resolution of LDA at economical cost.
