Resumen

Although rare, cases of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) secondary to CSF leak and intracranial hypotension have been documented in the literature. The pathogenesis of PRES in these settings has been associated with both arterial and venous cerebrovascular dysfunction.
