Resumen

The authors' results indicate that coronal craniosynostosis can be easily and successfully treated using minimally invasive endoscopic techniques in young infants. The procedure is associated with excellent results, no mortalities, and low morbidities. Parental satisfaction has been high. The authors are most pleased with the adequate correction of the vertical dystopia and nasal deviation. The instrumentation needed to perform the surgery is minimal and available in almost all hospitals. Consideration to this procedure should be given when presented with a young infant with unilateral nonsyndromic coronal craniosynostosis.
