Resumen

Quantitative blood flow analysis is an important tool for the diagnosis of many diseases. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) offers a techniques for estimating pulsatile blood flow using phase difference of velocity-encoded and velocity-compensated image sequences. Here we present an automated system for quantitative analysis and visualization of blood flow and volume.
