Abstract
The incidence of acute Pseudomonas tricuspid endocarditis is increasing among heroin addicts and is usually fatal because of persistent resistant septicemia, repeated septic pulmonary emboli with or without pleural effusion and/or empyema, and tricuspid insufficiency.
