Abstract

In order to satisfy their personal perception of esthetics, some patients request that gold castings be incorporated into their denture teeth. The use of light‐cured acrylic resin to bond and seal gold castings into denture teeth overcomes many of the problems traditionally associated with cementing castings to denture teeth or processing tooth‐colored acrylic resin around castings.
