Abstract

A double-blind controlled study of the effect of glycopyrrolate on 46 patients with duodenal ulcer is reported. No beneficial effect of the drug over a period of 18-27 months could be demonstrated. Possible reasons for the difference between this study and that reported previously are discussed.
