N2 - A case in which the guidewire used to place a percutaneous jugular central line became entangled in the limbs of a Trapease inferior vena cava filter is presented, A 7F sheath introducer was fashioned into a monorail system to uncurl the wire's J tip and remove the wire without disturbing the filter's position.
