Abstract
Salivary gland-type tumors of the breast are uncommon neoplasms that are morphologically similar to their salivary gland counterparts. In this report, we present a case of a primary acinic cell carcinoma of the breast and review the differential diagnosis of this rare entity, including secretory carcinoma, apocrine carcinoma, and oncocytic tumors of the breast. Salivary gland-like lesions of the breast with myoepithelial differentiation are also discussed.
