This article is designed as a written panel on a challenging rhinoplasty. Cosmetic rhinoplasties are typically performed on young adults and middle aged patients pose different considerations. There are different surgical approaches and maneuvers that are employed and shown by the authors. The authors share very different perspectives and methods of repair but are generally successful with predictable outcomes.
