Abstract

The above article, published online on 07 December 2011 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the journal's Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Philip W. Harvey, and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. The retraction has been agreed following the authors' confirmation that errors were introduced in the preparation of Figure 5. The errors impact the article's conclusions and the journal is retracting the article as a result (Prabhakar et al., 2011).
