Abstract

The ultimate goal is to provide efficient, safe, effective, and high-quality care and rehabilitation to improve the health and function of the population who is served. The utilization of evidence-based medicine, outcomes, performance measures, and accreditation standards is essential to developing a health care system that is valuable and sustainable.
