Hillis and Braunwald are to be commended for their summary of the present state of knowledge about coronary arterial spasm.1 I noted two small errors in that article which, although they do not detract from the authors’ message, should be brought to the attention of readers for the sake of accuracy. First of all, the authors state that the original group of patients described by Prinzmetal and his co-workers were examined by coronary arteriography. This is not correct.
