Optic nerve variant in the Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome

The case of a 55-year-old white woman with classic Klipple-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome and a subtle disc anomaly is presented. The need to consider ocular, neurologic, and renal abnormalities in patients with this disorder but without obvious facial involvement is stressed.
