Abstract

The classification, incidence, signs and symptoms, x-ray findings, differential diagnosis, and. treatment of benign nonparasitic splenic cysts are presented, and a case of epidermoid cyst of the spleen is described. The correct preoperative diagnosis of this rare entity by selective arteriography is emphasized.
