Abstract

Neuromuscular diseases can be distinguished based on the pattern of weakness and key clinical features on exam. In this chapter, we review disorders of the motor neuron, plexus, and peripheral nerve. The epidemiology, pathology, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis for each disorder is described.
