Abstract
Optimal treatment for intraepithelial and invasive Paget's disease of the vulva has been previously evaluated. The treatment of disease with minimal invasion (≤1 mm) represents an even greater dilemma. We report a case of Paget's disease of the vulva with 1-mm depth of invasion presenting with extensive inguinofemoral lymph node metastases documented by fine-needle aspiration biopsy.
