Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the effects of root-formed osseointegrated dental implants placed at different levels in relation to the alveolar crest (crestal, subcrestal, or supracrestal) for replacing teeth on aesthetics, marginal bone level, implant and prosthetic failures.
