Abstract
A method of overhauling a residency training program curriculum to improve the ABP Exam pass rate is described. • The approach to the curriculum changes involved a multi-faceted approach. • Using ABP Content Specs as a foundation for the educational programing was effective. • Implementing more interactive lectures and one-on-one mentoring contributed to the success of this program.
