Abstract
Factor XI Deficiency is often diagnosed secondary to a dental procedure, usually an extraction. The deficiency is, however, characterized by a high degree of unpredictability. In this article, a case is reported which illustrates the diagnosis, treatment and unpredictability of Factor XI Deficiency.
