Elbow and forearm

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

Pediatric elbow and forearm injuries are a common cause of emergency room and clinic visits. Given the skeletal immaturity of the pediatric population, these mainly involve injury to the osseous anatomy, however, can involve soft tissue structures. Having a good understanding of elbow anatomy and ossification timing can help aid in the diagnosis of elbow pathologies.
