Abstract
Doses of pentobarbital in the range 5-15 mg/kg were administered to pigeons trained to respond under a fixed-ratio discrimination procedure. Pentobarbital administration produced a dose-related reduction in the level of sensitivity of the discrimination between the two ratios.
