N2 - Tumors are frequently associated with factors that affect bone cell function and calcium homeostasis. As a result, many patients with cancer develop paraneoplastic syndromes. The commonest is hypercalcemia of malignancy. Other related paraneoplastic syndromes are hypocalcemia, hypophosphatemia, and osteomalacia.
