Abstract

The authors regret that in Table 5 of this article there was an error in the 95% confidence intervals presented. The error occurred because the parameter estimates (β) and the standard error of the mean were first generated using the log transformed IL-6 variable. When we back-transformed the data to the original units to ease interpretation, there was an error in the formula we used for the calculation of the 95% confidence intervals. All the other data in Table 5 are correct, including % change in IL6 and p values. Also correct are the result interpretation and conclusions. The error only applies to the confidence intervals. A corrected version of Table 5 can be found below. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
