Abstract

The determination of how much disability should be assigned a patient has been a point of contention in many clinics and numerous court trials involving workmen's compensation and personal injury cases. The Cybex II isokinetic system can produce objective data which, when used in a disability formula, can take the guesswork out of disability evaluation. It will also reduce legal and medical confusion regarding the determination.
