Benzoyl peroxide lotion (20%) in acne

A double-blind, controlled study was performed to determine the effectiveness of 20% benzoyl peroxide lotion in the management of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. The results of our study have shown that this new, higher concentration formulation of benzoyl peroxide is effective in reducing the lesions of acne and is relatively nonirritating.
