Abstract

I. INTRODUCTION This chapter discusses the adverse effects on the hepatobiliary system of hormonal agents used to enhance or inhibit various endocrine effects. This includes female sex hormones and anabolic steroids, as well as antithyroid and oral hypoglycemic drugs.
