Abstract
An enzymic procedure has been devised for the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates labeled with 32P in the γ-position. Conditions have been determined that lead to high yields of the radioactive products which have been shown to be labeled only in the γ-phosphate. This method is especially convenient and rapid because all of the enzymes and substrates required are commercially available.
